Profile
Trans-nzoia Youth Sports Association (TYSA) is a voluntary organization dedicated to the well-being and development of young people and community in Kenya. TYSA is the largest Sports Organization in North Rift Kenya with Over 250 community based groups and institutions affiliates. These groups (Children, youths, Girls, women, schools, minority, street children, disabled) are most vulnerable in the community affected by HIV /AIDS, Ethnic conflict, Poverty, and Diseases.

 

TYSA envisions Sports and recreation as a conspicuous character steering informed and dynamic positive changes in society.

Our mission is to help deprived, marginalized and socio-economic excluded young people   to develop their fullest potentials, with a view to preparing them for meaningful participation in community, national and international development through increased access to Sports, Cultural and Recreation, Livelihood and Education opportunities and to effect positive social changes.
