TYSA Endeavors to eliminate gender disparity through increased accesses to Education and Capacity Building opportunities for girls.

This is a new program. Following the successful implementation of 'Wasichana Tunaweza' (Girls We Can) project funded by Kenya Community Development Foundation last year, the project is now being transformed into a program.

This will make it a long term investment. Consultations are therefore ongoing with various stakeholders to seek how best to implement the program.

This program will offer continuity for the girls after completing their secondary education. The girls who complete secondary education are disadvantage as they don't continue with higher education or take up tertiary courses for their livelihood.

Many are married off or enter into cohabiting relationships
