In order to enhance girls participation in this, male dominated sport, set of rules are developed to protect the girls during play especially when both boys and girls are playing. This has seen the number of girls' participating in the football program increase.

Tournaments. Through organized internal and external tournaments, the players get opportunities to discover, rediscover and nurture their talents. Some of them have gone back to school/college to pursue their education as they also play.
